Local 1059 Wellness Centre
Local 1059 is proud to set the standard for services we offer to our members and their dependents. In 2020, the on-site Wellness Centre at 635 Wilton Grove Road expanded to include a dental studio and chiropractic/massage/physiotherapy clinic in addition to the existing optical centre. These covered services are exclusive to eligible Local 1059 members and their dependents, and include no payment for services or out of pocket expenses when you use the Wellness Centre for your optical, dental, and chiropractic/massage/physiotherapy needs.
LiUNA Local 1059 Optical Centre
LiUNA Local 1059 currently offers a complete optical benefit plan to its eligible members and their dependants. The on-site, members-only Optical Centre offers eye exams, frames, lenses, contacts, as well as enhancements like anti-scratch coating and transition lenses. The Local covers all costs up front, so no out of pocket expenses are necessary.
